The bungalow is situated on 4 hectares of land 1km from Alhanchete, a village just outside Cuevas del Almanzora in the province of Almería. Far from the crowded holiday resorts but only 15 minutes by car from the beach, 5 minutes from Cuevas del Almanzora, a small town dating back centuries, that has kept its authentic character.

Splendid view over the valley of the Almanzora River, the town of Cuevas, the rowing course and the mountains.

The neighbouring Sierra Almagro is excellent country for walking.


The house contains:

Living room with open kitchen, air conditioning, TV and DVD set (some English channels), free Wifi, and hi-fi audio set, dining corner and living corner. The kitchen is fully fitted with: ceramic cooker, electric oven, microwave, dish washer, coffee machine.
