This a full apartment with a working painting studio which doubles as a living room It is set up for both living and working. There is a separate child's bedroom and a sleeping loft; dining room kitchen, bathroom ( with shower,sink, toilet ), and an office, plus a large luminous studio/ living room. The entire apartment is approximately 95 square meters. The studio is approximately 35 square meters. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a walk-up in noble regent building that is historical patrimony (see photo above). It is luminous getting tons of daylight. The street is pedestrian only and is very quiet. This is very unusual considering it is in the middle of the Gothic neighborhood. The street is quite narrow (see photo above) and the apartments across the street are about 5 meters away. This gives a sense of intimacy and privacy. The apartment has been recently renovated. It has white epoxy floors, air-conditioning, and a stuccoed bathroom. There is a small children's bedroom and a sleeping loft/platform for an adult or couple. The sleeping loft has a queen visco-latex bed , and the children's bed is a full size bed with a latex strip on a futon. There is both a desk in the children's room and a desk/office in the vestibule. The studio has a big work table for mixing paints and working on. There is a complete lighting system in studio. There is a 12 mega ADSL internet connection but no phone. There is no TV, but a 19" computer monitor. There is a very good Ipod stereo system in the studio. There is a fridge /freeze combo in the kitchen and a cloths-washing machine. The apartment is simple but very comfortable. The bathroom has a sink, shower, toilet with stuccoed walls and floor.
