In southern Spain but only 10 minutes from Portugal and 10 minutes from the nearest of many beaches. Car available if required.
There are many excellent golf courses nearby also close to large National parks with wide variety of birds and wildlife. Very close to the Portuguese border, also close to the beautiful cities of Seville, Cadiz and Jerez,with a choice of airports at Seville or Faro just over the border in Portugal.
A modern large 3 bed house with many outside patios, balconies and a large roof terrace in Ayamonte, a bustling Spanish town in Andalucia.The house is a large airy double fronted corner house with a huge basement in a small quiet street, within 5 minutes walk of the town and all the shops and restaurants. There are views from the patios, balconies and roof terrace of the river and also views of the coast and sea a few km away.
The house has a separate lounge and dining room and a large kitchen, there is access to a large patio from the kitchen and lounge. There is also a sownstairs shower room.
Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms, then main bedroom has a balcony, an en-suite bathroom and a large walk in closet.The 2 other double rooms each have 2 single beds, one has access to another patio with a staircase up to a large roof terrace. It also has 3 full bathrooms, one has a bath with shower over, bidet, wc and washbasin. The other 2 are the same but just with a shower, not a bath.
There is wireless internet and spanish tv connection.
