Our flat is just 500m from the S. Juan beach, has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen (fully equipped) and a livingroom with balcony and is a 20 minutes drive from Alicante airport.
You can take the bus or the tram (20/40 minutes) to Alicante.
Our have 2 swimming pools (one indoor), restaurant, gym and a beautiful garden.
All shops are available near by and a market with local produits.
Alicante is an ideal point to discover beautiful Costa Blanca beaches, its surroundings as Villa Joyosa, Calpe, Elche or Benidorm.

Language of communication: French, English, Portuguese, Spanish.
