Lovely quiet house on the South African West Coast, just 20min outside Cape Town. Three bedroom house with two bathrooms, plus "out room" with bathroom. Quiet enough to hear the roar of the ocean, yet only a two minute drive to the shops and restaurants. If you are interested in nightlife, Blaauberg is just around the corner, with plenty of clubs, pubs and restaurants, as is the mother city, Cape Town, in all her beauty! A nature reserve is right on your doorstep with lovely mtb and hiking trails. 4x4 enthusiasts will love the area, with two trails within 10km. If skydiving is your thing, there is a club just a hop away. Or what about surfing? The waves of Melkbosstrand are ideal for beginner and intermediate surfers and a kite surfers haven in summer. Melkbosstrand still has the low key, down to earth small holiday town feeling, but with all the action you need! Our house is on the bus route to Cape Town, so even if you don't have a vehicle, there's no need to stay away from the fun! Melkbosstrand also has it's own gold course - Atlantic Beach golf resort...and horse stables across the road, if you are a keen rider!
