We live in lovely close-to-nature (quiet, lots of wildlife and very pretty) suburb of Noordhoek, close to the sea and Cape Point national Park. We are, however, still only a 35 minute drive to Cape Town CBD. We have a large garden with a swing, slide and small pool for the children. We have 2 secure garages. The house has 2 large bedrooms, a lounge with fireplace, shower and bathroom, each with a toilet, and an open plan kitchen and lounge, with wooden floors. There are beautiful sea views from our bedroom upstairs.
