Exchange Zones

Our traditional Slovenian farmhouse is set off a quiet country road with spectacular views of the Julian Alps, moments away from Tolmin, in the beautiful Soca Valley. The house has a large garden to the front. To the rear is a covered terrace area with BBQ facilities and patio table and chairs to seat eight. Behind the house is a forest with numerous trails for walking. The house is arranged over three levels: The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen and living and dining space; the second floor has a large double bedroom and bathroom with bathtub/shower and washing machine; the third floor has a large double bedroom with exposed stone work, single bedroom and a bathroom. Along with the three main bedrooms that can sleep five there is a sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two. By special arrangement a further sofa bed could be used in one of the double bedrooms (Sleeps 7 people). Facilities include: TV with English German and Slovenian channels; DVD player.
