Beach-side house offering a combination of authenticity and comfort.
The holiday home is located in the village of Popenguine, just 20 m from a sandy beach. It has two terraces, one is a roofed terrace with hut, low table and sofas overlooking the ocean (panoramic view), and the oher one facing the 350 m² garden (sea view), a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, 2 bedrooms each with WC and shower.
1 central room with dinning area and living area with TV and 2 sofa beds. Hut in the garden with low table and sofas, hamac (barbecue).
Parking for one vehicle in the property.
Sheets and linen, watchman (Jean) to wellcome you and help you if needed.
If you want: home employee (Rosalie) can prepare meals,do the cleaning, wash.... Possibilities: airport transfer, excursions (Saly, Bandia Reserve, Pink Lake, Gorée Island, Joal Fadiouth etc.), car (with driver if needed).
The house is 50 m from the village (3000 inhabitants), which is 60 km south of Dakar. Popenguine is a village which has managed to preserve all its authenticity (nature reserve nearby) and which, far from the mass tourism of Saly, will allow you to discover the Senegalese way of life and its charming inhabitants.
Post office, pharmacy, grocer's, cyber, all facilities.
You can also buy fresh fish daily, directly from the local fishermen.
Large, fine-sand beach nearby. Sublime walks along the beach.
