Composed on : Kitchen, Dining room with two extensible sofas( in the night two double beds), one bedroom with one double bed, bathroom with bathtub and shower. Apartment in 50m from the woods and the foot of the Bucegi Mountains, near to Silva Hotel and Restaurant, 2 minutes from the cable car. Children welcome, no pets, no smoking, non-simultaneous exchange OK, this is our holiday home.
Busteni resort is the most spectacular resort on Prahova Valley.
Having mountains of 2505m (Omu Peak) very sharp steep cliff rising into clouds.
Located near Sinaia international resort (4 km) and Azuga-Predeal ski resort.

Busteni is at the foot of the Bucegi Mountains (Carpathians - Transylvanian Alps), elevation 1,110 m.
There are 25 km to Brasov and 147 km to country's capital (Bucharest)
Busteni, has cool summers (July average 15.5°C) and cold winters (January average -5°C).
Here you can find a tonic and stimulative climate, with clean, rich in ozon air, rich in ultraviolet radiations.
What to see:
• Busteni has "Babele" and "Sphynx" - wind-modeled stone shapes in the Bucegi Massif, accessible cable-car. A modern chair-lift is in construction to the Diham and Poiana Izvoarelor chalets. Urlatoarea waterfall (half hour trail from Cable-Car lower station).
• The second cable-car from the top of Caraiman mountain link Busteni with the Cave Hotel and the unique Monastery in the cave.
• On top of the Caraiman Massif, at 2,484 m altitude, there stands the WWI heroes memorial (a 40 m high cross, made of steel), build between 1926- 1928, in honor of the country's fallen soldiers defending Romania against Germany in the First World War.
SKI: Do you want to ski? The Bucegi Massif has numerous runs and ski-lifts, accessible by cable-car. A new piste is in construction on Valea Cerbului. It will have gondolla access.
Near to Busteni, 10km is Sinaia, summer residence of the Romanian Kings. Please see www.pelescastle.ro.
