Beautiful beach condominium with a living/dining room combination. There is a balcony with waterview. Two bedrooms, one with queen sized bed, the other with full size bed. Perfect to accommodate two couples or couple with two small children. It sits on the rocky part of beach, so unless you are fishing or kayaking, walk five minutes in either direction to get to smooth sand. Other than the beach, you can enjoy Old San Juan, the area first colonized by the Spaniards (10 min. drive) and El Yunque, the tropical rainforest (45min. drive). Puerto Rico is U.S. territory that enjoys an American standard of living with its own Caribbean identity. Come and enjoy the Caribbean beat and flavor. We are experienced home exchangers. We have exchanged since 2007 and really enjoy it. Currently, we are looking for spring break 2010. Please contact us if you'd like to exchange for them.
