Property is a two-story house, with 4 bedrooms (two of them furnished, other two are empty) and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, car exchange is negotiable. It is a closed gated community and it is very quite and friendly. It is near the city and has a little but of everything just a couple of miles away. Bus stop is also nearby.
A blue flag beach is only 5 minutes away and various surfing beaches are nearby. The Bacardi distillery is less than 3 miles away and it is one of the best cities to live in in Puerto Rico. It's always summer in Puerto Rico and there are great places to discover. I have plenty of friends who enjoy from hiking thru a river, to going to party at beaches. |
