Cosy flat, on third floor of building (no lift) in a popular and friendly neighbourhood, 1 sleeping room, 1 large living (30 m2) with fireplace (where a rollway bed can be installed), 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 balcony and 1 large terrace with sunbeds, garden table and barbecue grill.
All mod cons, peaceful and friendly neighbourhood, nearby facilities: mini-market, bus stop 300 m away (several daily buses to downtown Porto and one night bus), cafés, restaurants...For weekly shopping, a couple of hypermarkets are just 10’-15’ walk. A couple of cafés / bakeries and restaurants (Grill & Snack-bar) are also closely situated along Rua Afonso Henriques. Not far either (5’-10’ by bus/car), there’s a county swimming pool, a couple of Fitness Centres and also three different Shopping Malls. All along with this, you may also find other activities in Porto and surrounding districts: Windsurfing, Tennis, Hiking, Leisure park, Historical sites, Cinema, Theatres, Night club, Museum, Casino, Golf… The University of Porto (north campus) is situated 15' by bus/bike. There you may find the Faculties of Medicine, Engineering, Economy, Porto Polytechnic Institute (IPP), Human Motivity and Sports, and other private ones: Catholic University and Univ. Fernando Pessoa.
