Our condo is 130sqm in the heart of the financial and entertainment district of Manila (Makati Central). We are one block from Greenbelt, which is the premier entertainment and shopping area of Manila.

Condo is nicely furnished in western style and comfortable. Place comes with maid/cook, driver and car (Toyota Camry) if needed.

Only ten minutes from the airport, it is as central and dowtown as it gets. Surrounded by the nicest, most expensive residential villages in the country. The Fort (Global City) is also only 5 minues away.

I am an American, have lived in this condo for 6 years. I run an international medical distribution company. My girlfriend has been here also for six years, and is Filipina. She works as a real estate broker for high end properties in Metro Manila. We are avid sports participants and travel around Asia competing in various sports competitions.
