Our building is in front of a mall / shopping center, near most electronics discount stores, Palma street (most commercial street in Asuncion), banks, 5 star hotels, etc.
You can do sightseeing in Asuncion including visiting the world famous Petirossi market (half mile from condo) and then visit Iguassu falls in the "triple frontier" with Argentina and Brazil, returning home by night to your condo in Asuncion to avoid hotel expenses.
