Property is a small beachfront eco resort on Playa Cambutal, Pacific Coast of Panama. 6 Room B&B with ocean front Cafe is not operational and is currently on the market. Rooms with private baths are basic and were built to house fishermen, surfers, and eco tourists. However ocean front Cafe is exquisite.
Great fishing, surfing, snorkeling and scenery nearby. Looking for longer term stays as it would require some learning curve - or local housekeeper and cook available for $20 per day. Limited communication (cell service down the road a few kms) but paved road and good access with several others living in the area. Flexible on trade out - mostly looking for honest people to use it while I am selling it - and maybe hand out a few business cards. |
