Villa Pavela is a peaceful vacation oasis situated on the beautiful Southern Pacific coast of Nicaragua. The beach is a 2 minute easy walk and San Juan del Sur, the quaint fishing town is a10 minute drive. The Villa accommodates up to 6 guests comfortably. The master bedroom includes a king size bed and ensuite bathroom and opens up onto a private terrace with breathtaking views of the cordillera. The second bedroom has a double bed for two, a bunk bed for three and a shower with nearby access to a powder room.
The kitchen opens up onto the spacious terrazzo used for al fresco dining, lounging and admiring the sunset. The sandy beach is suitable for swimming and perfect for beginner surfing. Villa Pavela is permanently staffed by our home caretaker and gardener who live on the property in separate quarters. Daily house cleaning, as well as security are provided. Daily cooking services are available upon request.
