Exchange Zones

My home is a near new house in Flagstaff, a pleasant family suburb of Hamilton, situated close to the scenic Waikato River with it's attractive river walks. Supermarkets and a large shopping mall are 5 minutes away by car,the city is a 15 minute drive - or walk 2 minutes to the bus service.

Hamilton is an attractive university city and is the centre for the surrounding Waikato dairy farming area. We are the home of the Waikato Chiefs Super 14 Rugby, the V8 Supercars Street Circuit (April)
and the NZ Agricultural Field Days (June). Easy day trips from Hamilton are to Auckland our largest City, Rotorua thermal area, Lake Taupo, Coromandel Beaches and Raglan Surf Beach. The North Island ski-fields are about a 4 hour drive so a good week-end trip.

The house is modern and light, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite), kitchen, open plan dining and living areas, and an office which can also be used as a 3rd bedroom. There is a double garage with level internal access to the house. The garden is small and very private. There is a computer with broadband internet access.

I am a retired businessman and would like to arrange an exchange in England, as close as possible to Bath. I would prefer to also exchange cars.
