Experienced, friendly and reliable home exchangers offer a lovely, light home, from where you can easy discover The Netherlands, like Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Friesland, Kinderdijk, Keukenhof, Dutch architecture, farms, windmills and beautiful Dutch scenery. Our home with sunny private garden is centrally located in a beautiful medieval town called Zutphen, which is in the top 10 of the most charming towns and small ciities in The Netherlands.

Our home has a kitchen island, wooden floors, gas fire, bathroom with walk-in shower and bath. Our home is a stone throws away from the wide green river fore-lands and the river and is located in the southern part of the beautiful medieval town of Zutphen (about 40,000 inhabitants, so not big and not too small...Just perfect and so pretty!) It has bendy small streets, wonderful bars and restaurants, all kinds of specialty stores, organic supermarkets, beautiful restored historic buildings, a cinema, theatre...etc etc. Too many nice things to mention. We really love Zutphen and the rural green area around it, the way of life here is very relaxed, with enough to do if you want to.

Amsterdam (75 minutes), Rotterdam, Utrecht (1 hour) and even Germany (40 minutes) are an easy drive away. But we have a train station if you prefer take the train. Furthermore you can do many other things like visiting the zoo, the beach, the world famous Kroller Moller museum with paintings of Van Gogh and other well known artists, Theme Parcs (for kids/teens), the National Parc De Veluwe (with the famous free white bicyclyes), take a boat tour on the river IJssel, cycling in the area (you can use our bicycles), walking on the dike or along the river close to our home...Well, there is so much to see and do from here!
