House, built in 1906, in old (1600) city town, near centre, river, forest close. Own garden (sunny site, privacy), bikes for free, 80 minutes from Amsterdam.
Nice piano in the house. Also hearth.
Personal atmosphere. In the town nice restaurants, market, musea, cinema etc.
Bathroom is little old, no luxes.
