Additional information: |
Our building is located near Muiderpoort station, a public transportation hub which includes trains, buses and tram lines. It is 15-20 minutes bike ride from the city center main canals area. Our neighborhood offers a true multicultural experience of living in Amsterdam. We live in a quiet residential street but nearby hip cafes, shops, a cultural center and cinema (Studio K), the historical Tropenmuseum, the big daily market (dappermarkt), supermarkets, organic shops and ordinary convenient stores all within walking distance. We are also surrounded by three beautiful parks, the Oosterpark, Frankendal park and the Flevopark, with plenty of attractions and playgrounds for children.

About Home Exchange
Owners
: |
We are a Dutch Israeli family with three small children, 2.5 year old twins and a two months old baby.
We are both academics teaching Sociology and Economics/European studies at Amsterdam University College and the University of Amsterdam. Hilla and her partner like traveling and nature, but mostly stay home, read whenever we can, listen to Jazz music and get addicted to HBO series. We are currently addicted to Treme and Curb Your Enthusiasm...
