anywhere that is warm in the winter. Prefer Australia, NZ, Algarve, but are open to suggestion The time frame we would like to swap in is from beginning of November 2009 till the end of April 2010 Not neccesarily this long, but at least a month or more.

Additional information:

The condo is situated in a fairly large developement primarily owned by Canadians. It is attractively decorated and a ground floor unit. I am an artist and the walls display my art. We have a large patio, with nice furniture which is wonderful for entertaining. The condo is comfortable, and has a pullout couch, so you could have company if desired. Close to a pool and hot tub, it is at the back side of the complex and it is quiet and private.

We are retired, and have spent the last 12 winters in our condo. We are quiet, n/s, and love to golf and walk.
