We own Casa Margarita and Casa del Sol in Puerto Morelos, Mexico. These side-by-side homes are beachfront properties. Margarita is a 5 bedroom 5-1/2 bathroom home. It is approximately 5000 square feet with an additional 3000 square feet of outdoor living space. It has an infinity pool with tanning ledge, built-in bar table and stools, water falls and five lighted laminar jets. Casa del Sol is a three bedroom, three bath home also beach front. It has a large infinity pool also.

About Home Exchange Owners :

My husband and I are 62 and 55, respectively. We have never done a home exchange before but look forward to exchanging homes with another family. Our two homes on the beach in Mexico are rental homes, so a non-simultaneous exchange is great with us. My mother loves Italy and it would be great to take her there. My sister just moved to Ireland and we'd love to visit her. But, we love to travel and are open to other destinations.
