House is in small development w/ security. River front is only meters away; secluded beach only 1/2 hr. walk along river or 5 min. drive; & beaches of Bay of Conception 20 min. to 1/2 hr. Great kayaking, snorkeling, diving, hiking, & fishing. Alaska Air flies to Loreto 4 days/week. Car rentals & kayak rentals available, fishing charters, & guided tours to ancient cave paintings.
