This is it! Great location on the north side of Centro which is convenient to everything... plus a garage! This 3 bedroom, King bed in master, Queen bed in guest and double bed in last - 3 bath home is fully furnished so all that you need to bring are your clothes. PLUS a huge lot size!

Tastefully designed and decorated this home is surrounded by both a front courtyard and a very large back garden with pool. There is a central entry that leads from the front entrance through the outdoor living room and out to the back garden. This very open area keeps the home cool and affords great views to the gardens.

This home is fully air conditioned and has all the extras such as a pressurized water system, front door security system which allows you to see and hear who is at the front door from inside, electric garage door system, lots of built-in cabinetry plus the famous pasta tile floors and French tile roofs.

Maid service twice a week and pool amd lawn service once a week.

We are 2 blocks from Paseo Montejo and a 10 minute walk to the Zocolo which is the central plaza in the historic center of downtown.

My Hometown
Since the Conquest, Mérida has been the cultural capital of the entire peninsula. At times provincial, at others ‘muy cosmopolitano, ’ it is a town steeped in colonial history, with narrow streets, broad central plazas, and the region’s best museums. It’s also a perfect hub city to kick off your adventure into the rest of Yucatán State. There are great restaurants, cheap eats, good hostels and hotels, thriving markets, and goings-on just about every night somewhere in the downtown area.

Long popular with European travelers looking to go beyond the hub and bub of Quintana Roo’s resort towns, Mérida is not an ‘undiscovered Mexican gem’ like some of the tourist brochures claim. As the capital of Yucatán state, Mérida is at the cultural crossroads of the region.
