Our home is located in a residential zone. Close to hotels and in front of the golf club.
Our home has a private beach acces and our neigbourghood is multicultural place with a small ex-pat community.
The beach is great for kite lovers and people who likes diving and snorkeling or kayaking. Cozumel Island has the second most important reef barrier in the world.
