Beautiful larger two level condo in Villas Marlin Caribbean ocean front property. It can sleep up to 5 or 6, with a full kitchen, and has a lovely seaview. It's on a gorgeous, powdery white sand beach, with turquoise, clear, warm water! Great for swimming or boogie boarding in! It's in the heart of the hotel zone (between the Sheraton and Ritz Carlton). It is across from dining and shopping. It has three new pools, jacuzzis, lots of lounge chairs around pools and for beach. There are palapas at all 3 pools They have a life guard for pool, beach and security guards for the grounds, also. Villas Marlin also has a private tennis and basketball court. Come on down to the tropics, you'll have a blast! The complex has been newly renovated since the hurricane. It's beautiful!
This Condo is fully air conditioned with fully-equipped kitchen. Ceiling fans in all rooms. 2 color TVs with cable, and a dvd/vcr. Large Private balcony overlooks the lovely ocean. Large living room and dining room, 1 large bedroom, and one full bath. Chairs and tables on balcony to enjoy the scenic ocean view, or enjoy an outdoor meal. The view is of the ocean, not the sandy beach.
Bedroom: -2 Queen beds, and cable tv & Full bath. Full kitchen, with microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator, utensils, pots/pans, dishes, coffee maker, etc., 1 full sized futon/couch in the livingroom, table and chairs in dining area, and bar stools. Sleeps 5 adults, or 6 with kids.
! It is a larger 1 bedroom, 900 square feet! There's a bar for snacks and drinks in front one of the pools. Condo Management office is on property. Small convenience store is on property. We have an onsite manager/host who can help you with tours and transfers, or anything you need help with. Phone is in condo, cable tv, and free cable internet in the condo. There is a convenience store in the complex, as well as tour offices. There is another, larger convenience store across the street. The futon couch can sleep 2 children, or one adult comfortably- unless you don't mind being cozy!
It's the perfect vacation spot- there's so much to do! Trips can be taken to Playa del Carmen, Cozumel, Isla Mujeres, Xcaret, Tulum, Akumal, and Chich'en itz'a. The office at Villas Marlin can book these tours for you. Buses will take you just about anywhere in the city for about 65 cents. Buses come by every several minutes on Kukulcan Blvd. - right in front of one of the largest and newer malls in Cancun, in front of Villas Marlin. It's called Kulkulcan Plaza. It has many upscale shops, as well as a bowling alley, and a casino. Plaza de Isla Mall is not far away, also, and it has many shops and dining.
Many good resturants in the area are Italian, Mexican, American, etc. Cancun resturant's are famous and is why it is rated one of the world best resorts. There is also fast food available across the street in the mall.
