A beautiful one storey house with a great garden - Magy's House

Kitchen:fully equipped, includes, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, coffee maker, all cookware, cuttlery and plate services.

Dinning area: adjacent to kitchen, rectangular table and comfortable chairs for 8 people; next is the living room with a new sofa-bed if its needed. Tv and music set. All area with air conditioning

Main Bedroom: two twin beds with two windows to appreciate nature, ensuite bathroom with great water pressure & full closet.
Second bedroom: one double bed and a set of bunk bed, one view window, ensuite bathroom, full closet.

Third room outside for more better privacy: two double beds, ensuite bathroom, fan, one view window.

Terrace: Enjoy your outside meals in this terrace with one round table and chairs, one long catering-style table, and extra chairs available.

Pool and Shaded BBQ area "Las Ranas de Chato" enjoy the sun in this area and cook outdoors surrounded by palm, mango, lime trees and follow the exotic maracuya(seasonal may-july) plant to cut the fruit to make you own fresh water. Furnished with a round table and chairs. 6 Pool matress to suntan and butterfly chairs to read and relax.
The pool has built-in concrete stairs to get in/out of the pool easier for senior people; it has two depth levels, one to sit and enjoy your watersuntan and drinks and the other level 1.60 cm deep to swim or to relax with the massage spa bubbles. Shower and umbrellas provided in this area for better service.

Gardener to help around, do garden and cut down fresh coconuts for your enjoyment!

* Extra service to be paid optional if needed please ask in advance: housekeeper to cook and clean 20 euros per day-plus groceries.

Services Around the area:
5 minutes drive/ 20 min walk from the beach. Shopping Mall "La Isla" Punta Diamante nearby, as well as supermarket, bus station and airport.

Go visit the great Hotel area and play golf or have a drink, see the sunset at hotel "The Mayan or the Princess" at an easy local-transport distance from Magy´s House.
If you would like to visit the 'main port' you can rent a car at the airport or a taxi cab will take 8-10 minutes from the house through the scenic route and enjoy the view of Puerto Marquéz: a beautifull place to go swimming early in the morning , buy fresh fish and enjoy the Village shopping.
Continue driving throught the Scenic route and visit La Cruz the Troullet famous church with a spectacular views, "Las Brisas Hotel", restaurants all along the road Mr Frogs,Cucaburra,etc (reserve in advance)
Visits to the 'old Acapulco', The Fort, La Quebrada (international diving show). Many beaches all along the Coastline.
Night life: diverse enough for all ages, relax, enjoy or go all crazy Acapulco-style as you can have, rumba, salsa, rock, etc.ENJOY!!!!!!
