Modern and cozy flat in quiet residential area. Only 5 minutes drive from the Old Town and half an hour drive from beautiful seaside resort Jurmala.
Our flat is a semi-studio type apartment with 2 levels: a living room combined with kitchen, one bedroom (a foldable sofa for 2 pax) and bathroom are on the first level and another bedroom (double bed) is on the second level. A sofa in the living room can also be used as a bed for 1-2 pax as it is foldable. The house itself has a closed territory with parking place and kids playground. Shops and public transport stops are 2-5 minutes walk. We are very flexible in travel dates and, besides, we can offer a non-simultaneous swap. From May to September we live in vacation home (near Riga), and our flat in Riga is empty. We can meet & greet you at the airport, show you around and leave an entire flat for your availability. |
