This neo-classic building is located in a quiet and prestigious area of the
Riga centre. The building was erected in 1898 and is included in UNESCO World
Heritage list. It is just a few steps from the central Brivibas street and a 15 min walk
to the Old Town. There is a beautiful view of the nearby ancient Gertrudes Church from the windows.

A spacious and luxuriously furnished 4-room apartment having 171 sq. m (about
1870 sq. feet) of the 4th floor space, occupies a whole south wing of the
5-storeyed building.
