Lovely first-floor flat located in a quiet street 1 min away from Campo San Polo and 6 mins away from Rialto Bridge and Market. Also very convenient for train and bus station (10 mins away). Well-connected with air-bus to major airports.

The flat has 1 double bedroom (can be made twin), a large sitting- and dining-room equipped with a comfortable single sofa-bed, a large kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. (On request, we may also consider making available a single bedroom which we usually use as a study). The whole flat has been recently renovated and is tastefully decorated, keeping a lot of its original Venetian charm. It is equipped with dish-washer, washing machine, central (independent) heating, power-shower, wireless internet; and it has all is needed for cooking. We also provide linen, covers/duvets and towels. The flat is ideally located for those who wish to explore Venice as it is bang in the centre. It is also ideal for those who wish to spend a period of study or relax, as it is very quiet and is equipped with desks and two sofas. Our neighbours are two extremely discreet middle-aged couples and there is very little noise in this area.
