The house is located close to the Ghetto, one of the most charming and interesting from an historical point of view city sites. You can find it at the ground floor of an ancient building (dated approx. 1600), that overlooks Rio dei Servi and Rio della Misericordia. You can get in through a short Sottoportico and the entrance of the house is by itself. Recently renovated with precious finish (Venetian terrazzo and oak-beamed), delicately furnished with Venetian style furniture and equipped mod cons (portable air-conditioning, tv, microwave). There is a beautiful and bright master bedroom and a bathroom with shower that overlook on Rio della Misericordia and on one of the most elegant gothic style buildings of the Fondamenta; there is then a living-room with a sofa bed and a lovely and well equipped kitchen looking at the ancient walls of the Misericordia ex-cloister. Upon request you can have the washing machine.
