Cozy, clean and cute 2 bedroom Country Cottage on the Tuscany, Liguria and Emilia Romagna border. Sleeps 4, with studio apartment (sleeps 2), and camper (sleeps 2) on the grounds. Both the cottage and the studio space each have a bathroom. This lovely 30 fruit tree orchard is located in the country and on 3-4 acres of privacy/bliss, but yet near enough to Parma and Borgo Val di Taro (and various amenities) on the Emilia-Romania and Tuscany border. It is very close to the #15 Highway (take you to la Spezia and Parma), the train and several airports Pisa and Milan). Borgo Val di Taro is 8 kms away and has all the amenities required. A peaceful retreat and a fantastic way to spend your vacation. Major tourist attractions are within a car ride or via the train.

We will consider renting this home/property, if a home exchange is not feasible. Cost of rental is 100 euros a day (minimum 3 days), 600 euros for the week, or 2000 euros for a month. Great value for the money. The most economical way to see Italy with a family.
