The house :
Charming little medieval tower recently renovated, two floors and a rooftop, 60m2, and a garden of 100m2. On the ground floor is the bathroom and the bedroom with a king size bed and wardrobe. On the second floor, the kitchen, the living room with a fireplace and a sofa-bed. On the third floor the terrasse of 25m2 offers a splendid view on the surrounding hills. The house is located in Toffia’s historic center.

Toffia is a small historic village in the heart of the beautiful Roman country side. It’s an ideal place for vacation. You can go for many walk, ride, or hike from there. You can also reach Rome in 40minute drive, the Terminillo Mountains in 50 mn, the ancient Tivoli in 50minutes too. There is a public parking right down the house’s garden.
