Exchange Zones

Terni is strategicaly placed and is just the right size. Not too small to be boring and not too big to get chaotic. Everything is within walking distance and it is flat so great to get around by bike (my one is available). The swimming pool is within walking distance, and so is the station, park, shops, pizzerie and ice-cream places. There is good night life. So if you just want to take it easy, you'll find Terni very relaxing. However, in 10 minutes by car you can go horse riding, rafting, hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, and basically any outdoor activity. When you want to go into the big cities, it's very easy because Rome is a 50 minute train ride away and Florence just a bit more than that. Also all around Terni you can visit medieval towns, such as Spoleto, Orvieto, Todi, Assisi ecc. And thay all have beautiful art and churches.
My house has a walking surface of 65 square meters. It was fully rennovated 2 years ago and is very clean and well organised. It has an open plan kitchen. There is a main bedroom and a second bedroom with bunk beds. There is also a large study and computers. It's on a 1th floor.
