the building is in a very good position in a touristic area 750 mt. far from the main railway station (Termini), 2 km fromColiseum. The underground (Manzoni Station) is about 500 mt fa.
The flat itself is about 80 sq.mt., very sunny, confortable and fully equipped (including a complete kitchen, air conditioned, washing machine, jacuzzi etc.). There is a bedroom and two bathrooms. A cleaning service twice a week (housekeeper) is included. Rome itself is fantastic, but from my flat you can easily reach the railway station and -from there- many other incredible towns such as Florence or Siena with fast not expensive and confortable trains. Good to know: the beaches of Ostia can be reached by metro (1.50 euros). Time required: less than an hour. Do not hesitate to contact me for proposals or further informations. |
