Exchange Zones

Our home is comfortable, tasteful, yet inpretentious. This new two storey duplex is located in the west side of Rome in a green and safe condominium, several blocks of houses (borghi) on tuscany hills alike, and a friendly neighborhood around. There's wooden floor all over exept for the little marple bathrooms. In the summer afternoons you can enjoy the fresh breeze coming from the sea on the patio in the south of the house.
From its central position you can reach in about 20 min by car the storical center of Rome, the airport Leonardo da Vinci and as well the beach of the mediteranean sea .
The beauty of the eternal city never stops to surprise you and after visiting museums and historical testimonies the italian food is so deliscious...
The italien country and beach side is very beautyful
as well as it is its clima...
You can practice watersports, horseriding, golfing and tennis all over around. There is a long bycicle path following all along the river Tevere that is crossing the whole city like a snake and ending in the sea at Ostia Antica.
You can have use of our car, it is a green (liquid gas powered), economical Ford Fiesta.It is perfect in this italian city.
There is even our red cat Leo who would appreaciate to have his breakfast if possible.
