Exchange Zones

Our studio is quite small, 25 m2, but very functional, it has a queen size bed, very well furnished kitchenette (with microwave, moka,pans ) and bathroom, flat tv, air conditioning,hair dryer, and there is also free web access... i think for a holiday would be a good place!

Our Studio in Rome is in Via Arzelà 14, ground floor, in a very good district (San Paolo- Marconi), it's few minutes walking to San Paul's Basilica, you can find a lot of shops,grocerys, restaurants and cafès. The Tiber River it's just around the corner , it's a good for a romantic walk or jogging!

It's a very safe place, also during the night, and across the street you can find many bus stops and in five minutes by bus you can reach the nearest tube station. The district is close to the main aincient monuments of Rome, like Colosseum (3,6 km) and it's also easy to reach Termini Central railway station, and Fiumicino Airport.
