Delightful independent cottage (100 m2), The house is located among the green hills between Pisa and Florence, which are respectively 25 and 60 km away. 1 km Montecastelllo (food shops), 6 km Pontedera (all kinds of shops). The seaside of Pisa can be reached by car in just 25 minutes. Private and equipped outdoor areas, made up of a lawn (300 m2) and a tiled area in front of the house are at the guests' disposal. The swimming pool (6x11) is used also by the owners. Barbecue. Parking. Baby-bed available.
