Exchange Zones

The flats which are constantly refreshed by the breeze that rises from the sea; have all that is necessary for a comfortable stay.

They are of 80sq., offer a panoramic view of Cilento Park, Costiera Amalfiatna and Capri can be seen lit up by our sunset. They are built to accomodate 5 people comfortably.Each flat have 2 big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, big kitchen and balconies a small garden and car park.

Beaches of Cilento coast-line are only 10min-car ride from our holidays home .

We are near the archaeological sites of Paestum, Velia and Pompeii and close by, in the village where GianBattista Vico did some of his most famous writing you will find the library dedicated to him.

The National Park of Cilento and the Vallo di Diano, uncontaminated areas with no factories, where traffic is virtually non-existent and the sun shines generally 300 days of the year. This area is one of the few which continues to be uncontaminated and has been chosen by UNESCO as World Heritage and as Biosphere Reserve MAB-UNESCO (Man and Biosphere).

We can find here olive groves and vineyards the famuos Cilento Figs , buffaloes and mozzarella, along with many small stone villages.


The municipality of Torchiara, where our holidays home is situated, has a medieval history( during the month of August we have the famous " Medieval Feast" with a lot of typical plats and rappesentations of medieval scenes). Torchiara has various restaurants and pubs and 5 minute walk from the flats will take you to a modern supermarket, Post Office, Bank and pizzeria. the station is even less. We offer every possible assistance for those travelling by train or plane and the main roadway, ss.18, will bring you within a short distance of our flat.
