Our 100 sq metres apartment is on the third floor of a building situated in the wonderful town of Lucca, in a quiet area of the town but close to all facilities (shops, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy)
The flat is composed by a kitchen/dining room, a big living room, two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and two bathrooms. It is suitable up to 6 people.
In general, if not agreed differently, we let our guests using just the two double bedroom and we keep the single bedroom for personal use.
The apartment is provided with tv, washing machine, stereo, microwave and everything you may need during your stay.
We also have a lot of brochures and guides about the area.

We are a no-smoking family composed by Giovanna and Fabrizio (47 and 43) and Laura (6)
Giovanna works for the Government and Fabrizio is a Telecommunication Engineer.
We are open people and we love travelling and discovering new countries and places.
We have been extensively travelling in the past years, but always in a traditional way.
Thanks to the home swap, we have discovered a different way of travelling which makes you feel more a traveller than a simple tourist. We had the opportunity to do 12 exchange so far and to meet a lot of nice people.
Exchanging home helps broadening the mind and horizons and being more open towards different cultures.
We are tidy and clean people who treat possession with the utmost care and respect.
