Centrally located top floor apartment on two floors with mansarda and terrace.
The building dates back to the 14th century, but the apartment has been fully renovated with a spacious and light living room, 1 double bedroom, 1 large room with 4 single beds and a guest room with en-suite bathroom and terrace upstairs, separate kitchen, TV room and bathroom upstairs.
We are a couple-English and Italian -with 2 kids and we are happy to also do non-simultaneous swaps.
