Semi-detached holiday house on the south-eastern coast of Sardinia (Costa Rei), with patio and garden to enjoy summer time. The house lies 1 km walk from the sandy beach of Piscina Rei, where many beach facilities are available. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are all close-by, on the way to the main beach.
The lounge (with dining area) is furnished with a queen size sofa bed and a wooden round table and chairs for dining. The small corner-kitchen is fully equipped with gas-stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, cookware, crockery, cutlery, glasses and dishwasher. The double bedroom has a queen size bed with soft headboard, bedside cabinets with reading lamps and an ample closet. Two additional single rooms (one upstairs, together with a small bathroom) are furnished with two single beds and a closet. The main bathroom is equipped with a shower and electric heater; every bedroom and the dining room are equipped with a ceiling fan. A washing machine with an additional sink are available in the porch on the side, while an open-door shower is hidden by the vegetation in the garden.
