I can offer one house in Bormio (Italian Alps): excellent place for winter skiing and, in the summer, for trekking and mountaineering. The place also offers prestigious spa facilities. My house has two (small)floors, with two bathrooms and is fit for four persons. I am open for exchanges in any period of the year and I can switch non simultaneously.
