1. 1 Studio-Apartment, including a kitchen and 1 bedroom. It's size - app. 25 sq.met.
2. Tt is located in the Center of Petach Tikva.
3.Petach-Tikva is a city of more than 200,000 people,with a big "Silicon Valey" of High Tech industry zones,other Industrial zones,several major hospitals , and huge transportation possibilities to all parts of the State.(trains,busses,taxis ,highways ets.).It takes some 25 minutes by car to the International Ben Gurion Airport,30 minutes to Tel aviv,1 hour to Jeruzalem.
4. Also,there are lot of restaurants,theatre,natural parks,and sports facsilities.
5.The apartment is located in a condominium (comprises of 3 floors (on shops),2-4 apartments on each floor).
6.The Studio -Apartment is on 1 st floor (on shops).
7.All other apartments belong to me and are leased on long-term lease periods - nice neighbours.
8.The building is clean.and is carred for.
9.My Law-Office is located on the 3rd floor - Real Estate and Business matters.
10. The building is next to taxis and busses to all over the country,restaurants,Municipal and Governmental offices.

13.Since this is a second apartment - there is no need to a simultaneus exchange - just let us know when do you want to come here and for how long.
