Exchange Zones

A lovely, 160 sq. meter house in a Moshav between Jerusalem and Tel-Aviv.
The house swap / home exchange includes dog sitting for our sweet and easy to manage dog, car swap is an option.

OVERVIEW
The house has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, it is clean, tidy and comfortable. There is a phone for free local calls, high speed wi-fi and great sattelite TV.

GROUND FLOOR
The air-conditioned ground floor features a living room with a sattelite TV, plenty of lighting, a large dining table, a small bathroom, a large kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas range, coffee machine, cool water machine, toaster, juicer, etc. There are 2 exits, and a nice garden with outdoor furniture, lawn, trees, etc.

HALF-FLOOR-1
- Features an open office space with a large desk, printer/fax, computer, high speed wi-fi (covers the whole house),
- A lovely reading room with a recliner and 2 additional chairs, plenty of lighting and a ceiling fan for the summer.
- A guest bedroom with a double bed.
- A guest bathroom with shower.

HALF-FLOOR-2
Features a lovely and very large master bedroom with niches, high ceiling with wooden beams, 4 windows with a great view, sattelite TV, air-conditioner, walk-in closet, large bathroom with shower/tub.

HALF-FLOOR-3
Features a laundry room with washer + dryer, another bathroom, another office, and a balcony.

SURROUNDINGS
We are 15 minutes drive to Jerusalem, 45 minutes to Tel Aviv, 20 minutes to the main #6 highway which will take you anywhere in Israel. We are very centrally located, making it easy to travel anywhere.

In the Moshav, within walking distance there is a hotel with country club featuring an all-year swimming pool, tennis courts and a gym (you will need to pay for those). There is also a lovely mini-market for grocery shopping.

If you like walking you can walk in the surrounding mountains, walk to the near-by arab village (very friendly!) of Abu Gosh with it's oriental restaurants and shops (the best Humus and vegetable market shop in Israel!)
