Fantastic location - Relaxing, comfortable, bright. A 2-storey house with 5 large bedrooms, 2 living rooms, and a kitchen. Designed to be relaxing, to calm the senses and give a feeling of peace and tranquillity. This tranquillity is further enhanced by the mountain views and views of the famous lakes of Killarney. Located just 4km from the center of Killarney town, and just 3km from the superb lake, Lough Léin.

We have a trampoline in our garden, as well as 2 swing sets, a barbecue, and a basketball hoop. We also have a car available if you wish to use it, but we would have to discuss insurance, etc first.

Killarney is a beautiful town - famous for it's friendly people and fantastic scenery. It is the perfect base for anyone looking to explore not only Killarney and its environs but also the Ring of Kerry, and the beautiful beaches of Kerry including Inch and Rossbeigh, both of which are only a 20 minute drive from our house.

Killarney is a dream if you plan to eat out. You’ll find everything from traditional Irish fare to the exquisite. You simply won’t have time to sample all the quality restaurants and we’ll be delighted to advise based on your tastes and wallet. If you're looking to eat in there are a number of convenience stores within easy reach and large supermarkets in the centre of the town plus quality fruit & vegetable shops, butchers and fishmongers.

In terms of entertainment, the town is perfect. The local cinema is a great choice, there are several swimming pools and playgrounds close at hand, and Killarney National Park is the perfect location for a walk or a picnic. Killarney is also a major golfing town holding several world-renowned golf courses. There are also a wide number of pubs offering live music every night.
