This old fashioned three bedroomed cottage is secluded, without close neighbours, surrounded by rolling fields (sometimes, the cows in the field are your neighbours!). Situated in North County Dublin.

You would definately need a hire car (or taxis) to access the house. It has two bedrooms with 1 double bed in each plus another bedroom with a single bed in. There is one small bathroom with sink and over-bath shower plus a separate toilet room.

There is a dining room and kitchen and a lounge with cable TV. The kitchen is small but fully equipped and there is parking space in the driveway for 4 cars.

There are two open fires, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and oven. No internet or telephone! The house is on a busy road so there is traffic noise which may bother some people at night. Families with small children would need to be extremely vigilant for the same reason.

There are regular direct Aer Lingus flights between Chicago and Dublin so take this opportunity to see my beautiful country!
