City center! the apartment is very well situated downtown, in a quiet street. At hand is all wich Reykjavík has to offer. The main shopping street Laugavegur is just in 1 min walking distance so you'll find around here a lot of shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, cinemas, designers, galleries, museums, theaters, library, public gardens, swimming pool, the main bus station and just a short walking to enjoy the nature, open areas and the ocean wich is only in a few minutes walking distance, the apartment actually has a wonderful ocean view.
All you need is here around, in a short walking distance.

In the summer we would love some beautiful beaches. At any time, big cities but we prefer staying in the city center. Surprise us with beautiful and interesting places! 2011 Paris, long weekend in the beginning of september. We can possible rent our flat. PLEASE TRY US-OPEN TO ALL DESTINATION.

City centre, best location! Very sunny, artistic and charming place with a midnight sun view.
The apartment is duplex, located on the 2nd+3d floor in a block. The floor measure is ca 90 m2.
First floor; modern kithcen/dining room is(20m2), living room(20m2), toilet and the entre.
Second floor; two cosy bedrooms and a small space in the middle of the house with stairs going down to the main floor.
The apartment faces SE/NW and is very bright and sunny. It has a view of the ocean and the midnight sun from the street side. From the other side is a view of green and grown area with a lot of trees. The area has just the bakyards of the blocks and a small public garden and a small parking area for the squere shaped blocks.

A film scene in The Higher Force was shooted in our home.
