This is a detached house in the center of Reykjavik. I have 1 neighbour living above me in the attic. We have the same entrance. You can walk straight out into a garden that I and my neighbour have in common. The main floor has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and living room. I have a basement with a very big room and an extra toilet and the laundry room. I am situated near Reykjavík's beach, Perlan a moving around restaurant and Laugardalurinn where we have a family park.
