VILLA POULI : CYCLADIC SOPHISTICATION AT ITS BEST

Villa Pouli is a jewel of pure and sophisticated Cycladic architecture : a 100 square meters, three-level house, all in white, perched on a hillside (200m from the coast) with breathtaking, panoramic views over the Aegean Sea and the islands of Delos, Rinia and Tinos.

The location of the villa (Pouli, Kato Diakoftis) is one of the best on the island : on one side it offers calm, serene isolation and dramatic scenery (mainly due to the rocky Cycladic landscape and the presence of the holy island of Delos just in front) and on the other side it is only a very short distance from the famous socialite life of Mykonos : just 3.5 km. from the old town of Mykonos and 1.5 km. from the glamorous beach and village of Ornos.

Villa Pouli boasts the most refined Mykonian architecture : white-washed & curved walls, wooden roofs and stairs, built-in furniture (sofas, beds and bedside tables) and sunken baths.

Surrounded by two Mediterranean-style gardens, Villa Pouli is designed for relaxation and has a minimal-style décor that adds to its zen, cinematographic atmosphere. The feeling of sitting on the living room terrace, watching the sun melt inside the Aegean while listening to the wind blow, is just impossible to describe with words.

Villa Pouli consists of three levels and sleeps five to six people.

Ground level:
-bedroom 1 (master with king size built-in bed & bedside table & closet)
-bedroom 2 (built-in queen size bed)
-playroom with double bed-futon and built-in sofa, surrounded by a Mediterranean garden
-bathroom with sunken bathtub
-backyard (cour anglaise)

First floor:
-living-dining room with a fireplace, a built-in sofa, and a dining table. Access to a large veranda perfect for outdoor dining (shaded wooden pergola, big table and built-in sofa). Also access to a beautiful garden where there is another built-in sofa.
-spacious and fully equipped kitchen (oven, hotplates and dishwasher included) with two windows above the sink directly onto the Aegean.
-bathroom with built-in shower

Mezzanine:
Spacious TV room with sofas
